Outside/Inside
A garden of windmills that magically comes to life when people walk by.
Commissioned work
The theme of the installation is a play of the OUTSIDE interfacing with what is INSIDE. When people approach the installation a light breeze inside makes the windmills turn. The piece features six separately controlled motors, 2 infrared sensors, one Arduino board, a large artificial garden and custom made windmills. The installation was commissioned by Wieden+Kennedy London and shown between beginning of August and End of September 2008.
