Exhibition | La Fabrique du Temps | Musée de la Poste, Paris

Chrono-Shredder IV has arrived in Paris for the exhibition La Fabrigue de Temps  running from March to November 2025.

It’s this relationship with time that the Musée de La Poste has decided to highlight in the exhibition La fabrique du temps. To explore this theme, the museum has drawn on its own resources and various collections. In all, more than a hundred items are on display to the public.

Visitors will be able to admire remarkable objects (a late 18th-century travel clock, an 1850 post office trunk watch), historical photographs (from 1887 to the present day), marcophily and philately items (date stamps, postmarks, envelopes, etc.) and other artifacts (including some 50 almanacs from the early 18th century to the present day).

All these treasures and curiosities will be placed in dialogue with contemporary works of art that address the measurement of time, thus providing a lively and renewed reading of heritage objects. Through an inspiring scenography, some fifty works of art in various formats – videos, photographs, installations, objects, sculptures… – will question our perception of time, while offering a poetic, philosophical and sometimes even humorous perspective on this theme.
